Product Recommendations and Mixing Procedures :

ShaleHeal® can be mixed directly in most mud systems. Additions of ShalHeal® are best accomplished by pouring the product directly in the rig hopper, however, the product can be added as a chemical pre-mix when necessary.
Concentrations of 1-4% (depending on mud density) will be sufficient for borehole stability, HPHT rheology control, HPHT filtrate reduction, and will assist in inhibition.
