Tawteen, ICV and Qatar’s energy supply chain
QatarEnergy launched Tawteen in 2019 to localise the supply chain of Qatar’s energy sector, and in 2020 introduced an In-Country Value (ICV) policy that gives suppliers who add more value to Qatar’s economy an advantage in tenders. Chemicals are one of the areas Tawteen targets.
